ZS Series Automatic Needle Loader

Overview
The ZS Series Automatic Needle Loader is an auxiliary device used to orient and load medical needles into
automatic assembly or packaging lines. It replaces manual needle handling, increasing speed and consistency in
syringe or needle assembly plants.

Application
• Automatic orientation and loading of hypodermic needles into trays, carriers or assembly fixtures.
• Typically installed upstream of automatic syringe assembly or blister packing machines.
• Suitable for a wide range of needle lengths and gauges (subject to configuration).
