BSW Medical Gloves Outer Packing Machine

Overview
The BSW Medical Gloves Outer Packing Machine is designed for automatic bagging of medical examination or
surgical gloves. It makes up, fills, seals and cuts outer bags, receiving gloves from upstream robots such as the
SZB unit and producing finished, sealed glove packs ready for boxing or sterilization.

Application
• Outer bag packaging for medical gloves, in combination with BSN inner‑liner and SZB glove robot equipment.
• Suitable for both powdered and powder‑free glove products in PE or composite film bags.
• Designed for high‑throughput glove manufacturing facilities.

Characteristics
• Automatic film feeding, forming, sealing and cutting of glove outer bags.
• Supports printing and lot/expiry information on the bag film (when combined with online printers).
