XPB Series Blister Packing Machine – Soft Medical Blister Packer

Overview
The XPB Series Blister Packing Machine is designed for soft blister packaging of disposable medical products.
It works with paper–plastic and plastic–plastic combinations, forming and sealing flexible films such as PP, PE
and PA with a matching medical paper top web. The machine integrates film forming, sealing and cutting to
produce ready-to-sterilize or pre-sterilized packs for syringes, infusion sets and other flat medical devices.

Application
• Soft blister packaging for PP/PE/PA films with medical paper or plastic top web.
• Suitable for syringes, infusion sets, needles, small procedure trays and similar medical disposables.
• Can be configured as part of a complete syringe or medical device production and packing line.

Key Technical Features (from manufacturer leaflet)
• Minimum single blister width approximately 19 mm for narrow packs.
• Maximum single blister forming depth approximately 60 mm, allowing higher profile products.
• Power supply: about 3×380 V + N + E, 50 Hz three‑phase industrial connection.
• Installed power: around 10 kW for heating, forming and sealing systems.
• Rated compressed‑air pressure: about 0.6–0.8 MPa with air consumption around 700 NL/min.
• Cooling water consumption in the range of tens of litres per minute, inlet temperature below 25 °C.
