Overview
The SZB Medical Gloves Robot Automatically Placed unit is a robotic pick‑and‑place system that feeds gloves
into downstream packing machines. It is designed to work together with BSN inner‑liner and BSW outer‑bag
packing machines, forming a fully automatic glove packing line from liner preparation through to bag sealing.
Application
• Automatic placement of medical gloves into inner‑liner or outer‑bag positions.
• Interfaces with BSN glove inner liner packing machine and BSW glove outer packing machine.
• Suitable for examination and surgical glove manufacturers requiring higher automation.
Main Features
• Robot arm grips glove bundles or sets and rotates them to the required orientation.
• Places gloves accurately into the target position on the packing conveyor.
• Eliminates manual glove feeding, improving hygiene and consistency.
